Maths think board
For maths our group has being working on decimals. Decimals are quite the same of the fractions but they just have different parts of numbers because the fractions has halves and decimals have points. We have being learning on how we figure out the number meaning of how we solve problems. As you can see I did 4.2 + 3.6 so I added the 8 with the line going across because 2 plus 6 equals 8. Then I did 4 plus 3 that equals 7. Then I relied to switch them around so it equals 7.8. I checked the calculator to see if I was correct and it was. This was really interesting but a lot of things I learnt new.
